Cancellation policy

When you book a slot on our site, a 50% deposit is required to secure the date. Once the slot is booked, it is reserved for you definitively. The balance (50%) is paid on the day of the service.

Cancellation conditions

• 30 days before or earlier: free cancellation, the 50% deposit is refunded.
• Between 30 and 10 days before: 25% of the deposit is refunded.
• From 9 days before: no refund possible, the deposit is collected.
• On the day or no-show: the full service is collected (100%).

How to cancel

Only an e-mail from us has the legal value to cancel a booking: no call, text message or other exchange can be taken into account. Write to us at contact@pixelproduction.fr.

Rescheduling

The date of a booking cannot be rescheduled. In the event of a no-show on the day, the full amount is charged automatically.

Cancellation on our initiative

We undertake never to move or cancel your booking. In the exceptional case of force majeure, we would offer you, as a priority, a new slot or a full refund.
