General rental terms
Last updated : 5 June 2026
Any use of the premises of Pixel Production (Le Studio Honoré), 92 rue Saint-Honoré, 75001 Paris, or of its outbuildings implies full and complete acceptance of these terms. Payment of a deposit or the start of a service constitutes acceptance.
1. Purpose
Le Studio Honoré provides, for a fixed period, a photo studio and a Haussmann apartment fully equipped (lighting equipment, furniture, backdrops, accessories), with an on-set assistant present.
2. Pricing and payment
Prices are stated in euros, incl. VAT, and include the studio rental, lighting equipment, furniture and the on-set assistant. Coloured paper backdrops are charged as an extra, at 15 € excl. VAT per metre. Payment is made as follows:
- 50% deposit on order confirmation;
- balance, i.e. 50%, on the day of the service.
The client agrees to be charged on the card provided when making the booking and paying the deposit.
3. Booking and cancellation
Booking is made online or by phone and is only firm once the deposit has been paid. The cancellation and refund conditions are detailed in our cancellation policy.
4. Unclaimed equipment
Any equipment or accessory not collected within 48 hours following the end of the service gives rise to a daily storage charge, calculated according to the volume stored. Items not collected within 7 calendar days will be discarded and will be subject to additional invoicing.
5. Liability and insurance
Our equipment is rented with insurance included, with a 150 € excess in the event of an accident. This insurance does not cover theft: the client is required to take out their own insurance against theft. The client is responsible for any person present at the location of the service and for the consequences of their actions.
Pixel Production cannot be held liable for bodily, material or immaterial damage, nor for theft or deterioration that may occur to property brought by the client, their representative or their agents. It is the client's responsibility to take out the necessary insurance and to present the corresponding certificate on first request.
6. Applicable law
These terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any legal action.
