What is a “ghost” or “flat lay” packshot?+
The ghost mannequin technique photographs the garment on a mannequin, which is then removed in post-production: the garment appears to float, perfectly shaped. Flat lay (laid flat or hung) gives a catalogue look, ideal for t-shirts, sweatshirts, and so on. We master both and recommend the technique suited to your pieces.
Are your images generated by AI?+
No. Every visual is a real photograph: the garment is shot as it is, under real light, on our set. Cut-out and retouching are done by hand. What the customer sees on screen is exactly what you ship, with no drift in fabric or colour.
What is the minimum number of photos per order?+
We shoot apparel exclusively, with a minimum of 20 photos per order. This threshold guarantees volume pricing and streamlined logistics.
What are your delivery times?+
Standard: 7 business days after we receive the items. Express 72h: +50% on the collection, with a locked schedule. HD files are delivered via a secure drive (Frame.io).
How do I book a shoot?+
Fill in the quote request form (5 minutes). We send a detailed quote within 24h. You then drop your garments at the studio and pay a 50% deposit to launch the shoot.
Is retouching included in the price?+
Yes: cut-out, colour grading, wrinkle removal, even backgrounds and framing. You receive the high-definition JPEGs and the optimised web versions.
Can I bring my own equipment?+
Of course. All our lighting, modifiers, stands and accessories are included in the rental, and you’re welcome to complement them with your own. Our trigger is compatible with Sony, Nikon, Canon, Lumix, Leica and Fuji. See the full list of included equipment
