Cancellation Policy

Studio Honoré strives to offer increasingly high-quality services to its clients.
And this is reflected above all in his professionalism.

Studio Honoré has honored all of its photoshoots without exception since its opening.
We will never move or cancel a reservation, even if it's convenient for you.

Before booking, we invite you to consult the information below:

When you make a reservation on our site, a deposit of 50% is required to reserve the time slot.
Once the time slot is booked, it is reserved permanently for you.
The remaining amount due will be paid on day D.

Under what conditions can I cancel a reservation?

30 days or more before departure: Free cancellation (deposit of 50% refunded)
Between D-30 and D-10: Reimbursement of 25% of the deposit
Before D-9: Refund not possible (Deposit cashed)
Day D: Amount remaining collected (Total 100%)

For cancellations, please note that only an email from us has the legal authority to cancel a reservation. No calls, texts, or other communications will be accepted.

What happens if I don't show up for my reservation?

The customer is free to choose their online time slot according to their preferences.
If the client does not show up for the session on the scheduled day, the entire amount will be automatically debited.
The reservation date cannot be changed.

To avoid as many complicated date changes as possible, we encourage you to be sure of the dates you choose when booking.
